  • Believe it or not, growing up I was a track runner but I never did any type of long-distance running, I was a short sprinting runner. Fast forward to today I never thought I’d be running mile after mile willingly for fun. So, to sum it all up this 4-week running program is very detail-oriented and will for sure kick your a** and will definitely decrease your mile time if you are putting to hard work and effort!
